To Explore Our Professional Degree Graduate Education by Studying the US Cardiac Surgeon Training Program

通过观察了解美国心外科医师培养过程,结合十余年带教专业学位硕士研究生和博士研究生经验,并对研究生毕业后所开展工作进行了随访,反思了我国专业学位研究生培养的优缺点,初步总结了一些培养专业学位研究生经验,包括医院专业水平的评价,双导师制,入学前临床训练等,对今后专业学位研究生培养提出一些建议。

By observing the US cardiac surgeon training program,combining our experience of educating professional degree graduates and surveying their working situation after graduation,the merits and demerits of our program were studied,and the experience for training graduates,including the evaluation of professional level of the hospital,dual-supervisor system,clinical training before enrolment,were summarized.This experience may be helpful for training our professional degree graduates.
