某高校七年制临床医学生选择“5+3”一体化人才培养模式的调查研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解七年制临床医学教育向"5+3"一体化人才培养模式转化的认可度及其相关影响因素,为全面推行"5+3"一体化人才培养模式提供参考依据。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,对新疆医科大学2010级七年制临床医学生选择"5+3"一体化人才培养模式和七年制临床医学教育情况进行调查分析。结果 87.1%的研究对象选择"5+3"一体化人才培养模式;不同性别和生源地对培养模式选择的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);有90.1%的学生认为"‘四证合一’可以直接进入医疗卫生机构就业"是选择"5+3"一体化人才培养模式的主要原因;继续选择七年制临床医学教育的学生中,93.3%的原因是因为七年制临床医学教育生人才培养模式提前一年毕业,有利于就业或考博。结论对"5+3"一体化人才培养模式认可度较高,值得大力宣传和推广,但对"5+3"一体化人才培养模式的定位有待于进一步明确,配套出台相关政策。 Objective To learn the acceptable level and its influencing factors of the transformation from seven-year program of clinical medical education to the"5+3"integration training mode,and to provide reference for the full implementation of a comprehensive"5+3"integrated training model.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was adopted to investigate and analyze the integrated talent training mode of"5+3"and the seven-year program clinical medical education in the seven-year program clinical medical students in grade 2010 in Xinjiang Medical University.Results 87.1% of the objects(students)of this study selected "5+3"integrated talent training mode.There is statistical significance(P0.05)in training mode choice from different gender and the origin of the students;90.1%of the students think"‘Four Certificates in One'can be directly into the medical and health institutions of employment"is the main reason for the choice of"5+3"integration talent training mode;93.3% select seven-year program medical education is because they can graduate a year ahead of the schedule,and it is helpful to obtain employment or further their doctor study.Conclusion The degree of the"5+3"integrated talent training mode recognition is higher,and it is worth propaganda and promotion.However,the "5+3"integrated talent training mode needs to be further clear,and it needs to be supported by the introduction of relevant policies.
