临床医学专业留学生语言文化障碍对临床教学的影响及对策 被引量:14

摘要 近年来,我国经济及教育水平快速发展,越来越多的国外留学生选择到我国的医学院校来学习。因临床医学有很强的专业性及实践性,留学生进入临床见习和实习阶段后凸显出的语言和文化交流障碍极大地限制了临床教学的效果。针对这一问题,结合我校留学生临床教学实践,我们认为除了完善医学留学生教育体系外,还应制定医学留学生严格准入标准,建设医学留学生专业师资队伍,积极探索"PBL教学"、"语言文化角"和"新媒体互动"等新举措,努力帮助学生克服语言文化障碍,改善临床教学效果,培养出符合国际化需求的医学留学人才。 In recent years,due to the rapid development of undergraduate education of medicine,the attraction of medicine education from China is greatly increasing and the number of overseas students rises rapidly.For clinical education,the characteristics of strong professional and practicality limit the quality improvement of international medical education.Especially,at this stage of clinical probation and rotation,the language and cultural barriers greatly limit the effectiveness of clinical teaching.To solve this problem,based on our experience in clinical teaching practice for international students,we believe that,in addition to development of our medical student education system,we should pay more attention to organize more professional teachers,and actively explore the new "language and culture corner","PBL teaching"and "new-media communication"to help students overcome language and cultural barrier and promote a more healthy and effective medical education system for overseas students.
