在留学生儿科见习课中应用“视频病例”的教学效果评价

Role of Video Case in Improving the Effect of Pediatric Novitiate Education for International Medical Students

目的为了提升留学生对儿科学见习课的学习兴趣,评价"视频病例"对提高留学生儿科见习课学习效果的作用。方法在五年制留学生儿科见习课教学中,引入了课堂"视频病例"的教学方法(干预组),与传统的教学方法(对照组)进行比较,分析出勤率、教学内容的得分、得分构成比及学习兴趣,并进行统计分析。结果干预组的出勤情况要明显优于对照组(P<0.001);干预组的总体得分及得分构成比高于对照组(P<0.001);有90%以上的学生认为该方法能够提高学习兴趣。结论将"视频病例"引入见习课的教学方法能够显著提高留学生儿科学的学习效果,较好的激发留学生的学习兴趣。

Objective To stimulate interest and evaluate the effect of＂video case＂in improving pediatric novitiate education for international medical students.Method We introduced ＂video case＂in part of pediatric novitiate teaching for grade 2011 international medical students（intervention group）,and traditional teaching method for the other part（control group）.We analyze the attendance rate,scores,proportions of score and interest in pediatric novitiate.Result The attendance of intervention group is significantly superior to that of control group（P0.001）;Scores and proportions of score is superior to that of control group（P0.001）;The method is recognized for stimulating interest by more than90%.Conclusion The result shows that the method of introducing ＂video case＂can significantly improve the effect of pediatric novitiate education for International Medical Students.
