Teaching Reform and Practice of the Rhinology in Otolaryngology-head Neck Course

鼻科学部分是耳鼻咽喉-头颈外科临床教学的重要组成部分。通过对学生专业理论知识的传授和临床实践能力的培养,达到二者结合的目的。当前的教学管理方法、教学模式、教学计划难以与时代进步相适应,不利于培养学生的临床诊疗思维能力、创新精神及综合素质的提高。作者所在科室的教学团队通过对鼻科学教学的多媒体课件、教学方法、教学管理等方面进行改革,取得了良好的效果,提高了学生成绩和临床思维能力及综合素质,增强了理论知识应用于临床实践的综合能力,为今后的进一步深化教学改革打下了基础,具有一定的借鉴价值。

The rhinology is one of the important clinical teaching components in otolaryngology-head neck course.Through the teaching process of the professional theoretical knowledge and the cultivation of the clinical practice capability,reach the objective of the combination of the two sides.The present teaching management method,teaching model and teaching plan cannot cater to the era progress.Through the reform of the multimedia courseware,teaching method and teaching management of the rhinology teaching process in our department,the students＇ study performance,clinical thinking ability and general quality are obviously improved with excellent effect,and the comprehensive capability about the theoretical knowledge be applied to the clinical practice are obviously increased.The teaching achievements lay the foundation for the deepening process of the further teaching reform and equip the value for reference.
