通过分析近几年来C大学办理离校手续的基本状况,根据存在的问题,设计了基于电子流转单的离校系统,该系统优化了整个离校流程,提高了办理离校手续的效率,为师生办理离校工作提供了更可靠和高效的服务,对其他高校的离校工作具有一定的参考意义。

Through the analysis of the basic situation of the University of C finish the formalities, according to the existing prob- lems, design the electronic school system based on electron transfer sheet, the system optimized the whole school leavers pro- cess, improve the handling efficiency of the graduation procedures, for the teachers and students for school work to provide a more reliable and efficient service, for other colleges and universities to leave school to work has certain reference significance.
