计算机科学与技术专业应用型人才培养模式改革探索

Reform and Exploration on the Training Mode of Applied Talents in Computer Science and Technology Specialty

提高质量是高等教育发展的核心任务,是建设高等教育强国的基本要求,高等学校要全面提高教育质量,需要创新人才培养模式,增强社会服务能力,优化结构,办出特色。安徽三联学院计算机工程学院本着“地方性、应用型”本科办学定位,结合社会对计算机科学与技术专业人才需求,改革人才培养模式,科学构建课程体系,增加和更新教学内容,形成服务区域和地方经济建设发展需要的应用型人才培养方案,提高地方高校计算机科学与技术专业学生培养质量,增强学生的实践能力和创新创业能力,提高学生的就业竞争力。文章主要讨论地方本科院校计算机科学与技术专业应用型人才培养模式改革现状分析,提出的改革思路和措施。

As the development of application of IT in China＇ s every walk of life continues, the demand for computer talent grows gradually. To adapt to the needs of society, 79% of colleges and universities in China have set up computer major in order to train computer talent for the society. In accordance with the social demand, there are two basic qualities for computer talent-- in- novation and application. That is to say, what we need is both innovative and applicable talent. The problems, training objectives and relevant measures dealing with the model innovation of computer talent training in application-oriented university are main- ly discussed in this paper.
