摘要
鉴于富池口泵站前池是典型的侧向进流,使得泵站10台机组进流分部不均,特别是靠近引水渠的2台机组,进水流量偏少,水流条件差,进口易形成立轴旋涡引起机组运行振动,降低了机组运行效率和使用寿命问题,通过模型试验研究,确定了合理的曲线导流墩布置方案,能有效地进行分流导流,明显改善了整个泵站进口的水流条件,使得各机组进流量分配均匀,水流平顺,基本消除了进口回流和旋涡。
The intake water flow of the forebay in Fuchikou Pumping Station is a typical lateral type , which causes an uneven intake flow situation of ten pump units .Two units near the diversion canal are of the worst situation with insuffi-cient flow and bad flow conditions .Vertical vortex could be induced in this situation and it could cause shaking of the u-nits which will reduce their operation efficiency and service life .Thus, an experimental study is carried out to determine a reasonable arrangement of the curved flow diversion piers , which is able to improve the flow situation .It shows that a much more balanced and smooth flow is obtained and the reflux and vortex are largely eliminated with the improved scheme.
