摘要 针对月牙肋岔管设计过程中存在着工作量大、精度和效率低等缺点,提出了基于CATIA软件的月牙肋钢岔管三维设计。依托工程常用软件CATIA的自身功能,结合月牙肋岔管设计过程——体型设计、结构计算及施工蓝图,形成一套较为完善的月牙肋岔管设计方法。同时根据实际工程,明确了CATIA软件在月牙肋岔管设计中的具体应用过程,并总结了基本的设计要点和应用技巧。结果表明:基于CATIA软件的月牙肋岔管三维设计是可行的,能显著提高工作效率和设计精度,应用效果良好,可以为更多的工程实践提供借鉴。 The design of the crescent ribbed steel branch pipe is usually of problems such as heavy workload and low ac -curacy and efficiency .Thus, a comprehensive three-dimensional design scheme with CATIA is proposed , which covers the whole design process including the shape design , structural calculation and construction blueprint preparation .Ap-plication of the CATIA software in the design process is specified and the main design issues and practical skills are sum -marized.The results show that the proposed design scheme with CATIA is feasible and of advantages such as high effi -ciency and accuracy .It could be a useful reference for other engineering projects .
