国产与进口减压阀在向家坝技术供水中的对比运用

Comparison of Domestic and Imported Pressure Relief Valves in the Technical Water Supply System of Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station

介绍了向家坝电站进口隔膜式和国产活塞式两种减压阀的结构特点及差异,经过了近4 a的实际运行后,积累了两种减压阀的运行维护经验。同时结合实际运用中出现的事故和案例分析,总结出两种减压阀的差异,对存在的问题进行了处理。这不仅提高了向家坝电站技术供水的可靠性,也可为后续开建的其他水电站特别是巨型水电站的供水减压设备选型提供参考。

Two different pressure relief valves , the imported diaphragm type and the domestic piston type , are used in the technical water supply system of Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station .According to the practical operation experience of four years , the differences between these two types are summarized .Existing problems are also analyzed with the analy-sis of fault treatment cases .It could be a useful reference for other large-scale hydropower stations to select the pressure relief devices and improve the reliability of technical water supply .
