通过分析新形势下工业控制系统面临的信息安全风险隐患,研究国内外工业控制系统信息安全标准化现状,并针对我国的标准化需求,提出工业控制系统的信息安全标准体系框架和加强顶层设计、开展标准试点应用等下一步工作建议。
