六角切圆燃煤锅炉低氮燃烧器改造经济性分析 被引量:2

摘要 对某300MW机组六角切圆燃煤锅炉进行了低氮燃烧器改造,在每个角主燃烧器上方7m处新增了3层6个燃尽风喷口,并利用Fluent软件对炉内燃烧过程进行三维数值模拟和计算。结果表明:低氮燃烧器改造前后,锅炉热效率分别为91.30%和90.70%,脱硝成本分别为0.022 0元/(kW·h)和0.016 3元/(kW·h),脱硝和锅炉效率总体成本分别为0.218 25元/(kW·h)和0.212 45元/(kW·h);低氮燃烧器改造后,炉内分级程度加深,氮氧化物排放减少,总体费用降低,节能效益明显。 Transformation was conducted for low NOxburner of hexagonal tangential coal-fired boiler in a 300 MW unit.Six over fire air nozzle in three layers were added at the place with height of 7mabove the main burner.The Fluent software was applied to carry out three dimensional simulation for the combustion inside the furnace.The results show that,before and after the transformation,the boiler efficiency was 91.30% and 90.70%,the denitration cost were 0.022 0yuan/(kW·h)and 0.016 3yuan/(kW·h),the overall cost of the denitration and boiler efficiency was 0.218 25yuan/(kW·h)and 0.212 45yuan/(kW·h).After low NOxburner transformation,the classification of the furnace deepened,the NOxemission reduced,the overall cost decreased,and the energy saving efficiency was obvious.
