基于耦合物理场的锅炉管道传热及阻力特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 为提高锅炉管道的传热效率,基于耦合物理场,采用ANSYS软件,对锅炉双层不同材料管道的温度场分布及应力进行了模拟。以锅炉管道中的橡胶塞子为研究对象,建立了锅炉管道及橡胶塞子的二维模型,对锅炉管道进行非线性结构与流体力学结合的流固耦合分析。结果表明:双层不同材料管道比相同材料管道应力变化小,温度场分布符合传热规律;橡胶塞子在流固耦合区域,周围流场分布符合流体运动规律,应力和位移变化符合结构分析规律。该结果为提高锅炉的传热效率及橡胶塞子的优化设计提供参考。 To enhance the heat transfer efficiency of boiler tubes,the temperature field and thermal stress distribution was numerically simulated for the double layer pipe by using ANSYS software,on the basis of the coupled physical field.In addition,to accurately describe the water flow resistance characteristics,the rubber plug inside the boiler tube was taken as the research object to establish a two dimensional model for the boiler tube and the rubber plug.Then,combing the nonlinear structure with fluid mechanics,the fluid solid coupling analysis was performed for the boiler tube.The results show that,the stress change of the two-layer tube with different materials was smaller than that of the single-layer tube with the same material,and the temperature distribution was in accordance with the heat transfer law.The rubber plug located at the fluid solid coupled region,and the flow field distribution around it agreed well with the regularity of fluid motion,the stress and displacement changes conformed to the structure analysis of the regularity.This result provides a reference for the optimization design of the rubber plug and can improve the heat transfer efficiency of the boiler.
