摘要 从试验角度结合一维模拟分析了凝汽器漏空气时漏气量对凝汽器传热性能的影响,建立了根据凝汽器运行参数计算其基准压力的凝汽器漏空气在线诊断数学模型,并将该模型计算结果与在小型凝汽器试验系统上的试验结果进行了对比。结果表明,模拟结果和试验结果吻合良好,漏气量为0时凝汽器压力诊断结果在1kPa内,说明本文计算模型能够在线诊断火电机组凝汽器的漏空气状态。 The influence of air-leakage upon the heat transfer characteristics of condenser was investigated according to the experiment and one-dimensional simulation.An online diagnosis mathematic method for calculating the condenser air-leakage flux according to the operation parameters was established and then simplified.The results calculated by this model were compared with the experimental data measured from a small-scale condenser test system,the results show reasonable agreement,namely when the air leakage amount was 0,the the diagnozed condenser pressure was within 1kPa,indicating this online method has practical value for diagnosing air leakage of condensers in thermal power units.
