篮球裁判法是执裁方法和技巧的总称,是裁判员完成比赛的重要依据.本文通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、结合自身执裁切身体会,针对2015年国际篮球联合会裁判法修改内容对比赛和裁判员执裁理念的影响因素进行分析,阐明了裁判法的修改将更加有利于裁判员更好的完成比赛任务,更加符合篮球运动的发展规律.为使裁判员在比赛中更好地贯彻和执行新的裁判法,进而在发生违犯时及时准确地做出宣判,进一步强调了理论学习和真正理解裁判法的重要性.

Basketball referee method is holding the floorboard of the cutting method and the skill,is the referee to complete the important basis of the game.This article through the literature material law,expert interview method,combination of cutting experience itself,in 2015 the international federation of basketball referee method to modify the content for the game and officials of the philosophy analysis to the influence factors of the cutting,illuminates the referee method changes there will be more conducive to the referee to better finish the task,more in line with the basketball movement development rule.In order to make the umpire in the game to better carry out and implement a new judge method,and then make a sentence in the case of violating timely and accurately,further emphasized the importance of theoretical study and understand the referee method.
