早期综合护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖控制和妊娠结局的影响

Effects of Early Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Glycemic Control in Patients with Gestational Diabetes and Pregnancy Outcomes

目的对妊娠期糖尿病患者采取早期综合护理干预在血糖控制和妊娠结局上的影响进行系统分析。方法以2014年1月—2016年1月该院接诊的66例妊娠糖尿病患者(孕周28周以下)作为该临床研究的对象,基于护理方式差异,随机分成Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组,均为33例;Ⅱ组实施一般专科护理,Ⅰ组实施系统化综合护理干预,对比分析两组患者血糖控制情况和妊娠结局。结果经护理后,两组患者血糖均得到控制,Ⅰ组总体优于Ⅱ组(P<0.05);Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组的妊娠结局存在一定差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠糖尿病患者实施早期综合护理干预,对患者孕期血糖水平可有效控制,减少母婴围产阶段的并发症发生,提高妊娠质量,临床意义深远。

Objective Effect of early adopt comprehensive nursing intervention on glycemic control and pregnancy outcomes of gestational diabetes systematic analysis. Methods Select January 2014 to January 2016 in our hospital admissions of 66 cases of gestational diabetes（gestational age 28 weeks or less） as of this clinical study, based on differences in the way of care, were randomly divided into study group and the conventional group, 33 in each group Example; conventional group general implementation specialist care, the implementation of systematic comprehensive nursing intervention group, comparative analysis of glycemic control of two groups of patients and pregnancy outcomes. Results After nursing, two groups of patients with blood sugar under control, Ⅰ group overall than Ⅱ group（P〈0.05）; Group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ there exist certain differences in pregnancy outcomes were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Gestational diabetes early implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention, the patient can effectively control blood sugar levels during pregnancy, reduce maternal perinatal stage complications and improve the quality of pregnancy, clinical significant.
