益气活络方对2型糖尿病早期肾病患者的临床疗效

Yiqi Adjustable on the Elinical Efficacy of Early Type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy Patients

目的探讨益气活络方对2型糖尿病早期肾病患者的治疗效果。方法该院2015年2月—2016年2月将收治的60例2型糖尿病早期肾病患者计算机随机分为两组,对照组选择洛丁新进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上,采用益气活络方进行治疗。结果观察组患者总有效率与对照组患者相比有明显优势(P<0.05)。结论益气活络方对2型糖尿病早期肾病患者的效果明显,无不良反应,安全性高。

Objective to study the yiqi adjustable side effect on the treatment of patients with early type 2 diabetic nephropathy. Methods Early of 60 patients admitted in our hospital will be in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy（February 2014 to February 2015） computer were randomly divided into two groups, control group choose los Ding Xin treatment, observation group of patients in the control group, on the basis of using yiqi active treatment. Results The total effective rate observation group of patients compared with control group patients have obvious advantages, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Yiqi adjustable side effect on early type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients, no adverse reaction, high safety.
