中药复方参芪治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Compound Ginseng and Astragalus in the Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的分析复方参芪对糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗疗效。方法选取于2015年1月—2016年1月在该院就诊并确诊为2型糖尿病伴发DPN的患者,随机分为观察组及对照组,比较两组临床疗效及双下肢正中神经及腓总神经传导速度。结果观察组总有效率(80.95%)高于对照组总有效率(45.0%),差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.27,P=0.023<0.05)。与对照组比较,治疗后观察组正中神经及腓总神经传导速度提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在正中神经及腓总神经传导速度方面,观察组及对照组治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组优于对照组。结论中药复方参芪可以有效治疗糖尿病伴发DPN,显著改善患者症状,临床值得运用。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of compound ginseng and astragalus on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods Selected in January 2015 to 2016 January in our hospital and diagnosed as type 2 diabetic patients with DPN patients, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, compared two groups of clinical curative effect and lower limbs median nerve and common peroneal nerve conduction velocity. Results The total effective rate in the observation group（80.95%） was higher than that in the control group（45%）, the difference was statistically significant（Z=-2.27, P=0.023）. Compared with the control group, the conduction velocity of the median nerve and the common motor in the observation group were increased, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）, and the observation group was better than the control group in the treatment of the median nerve and common motor nerve conduction velocity. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine compound ginseng and Astragalus can effectively treat diabetes with DPN, significantly improve the symptoms of patients, it is worth using.
