饮食控制联合运动疗法在提高药物治疗社区糖尿病临床效果中的应用价值

Values of Improve the Effect of Community Diabetes Clinical Drug Treatment by Diet Control Joint Exercise Therapy

目的探讨饮食控制联合运动疗法在提高药物治疗社区糖尿病临床效果中的应用价值。方法选取该院2012年9月—2014年12月收治的76例社区糖尿病患者作为研究对象。按照入院顺序随机均分为实验组和对照组,对照组患者注射胰岛素治疗。对患者进行适当的疾病相关知识介绍、健康教育等,指导患者及时用药。在此基础上,实验组患者进行饮食控制和运动疗法联合治疗。观察患者HbAlc、PFG、2hPG水平变化情况。结果实验组患者治疗后HbAlc、PFG、2hPG水平低于治疗前和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论饮食控制联合运动疗法在提高药物治疗社区糖尿病临床效果中的应用价值较高,患者HbAlc、PFG、2hPG水平可得到显著改善。

Objective To explore the values of improve the effect of community diabetes clinical drug treatment by diet control joint exercise therapy. Methods 76 cases of social diabetics were divided into experiment group and control group, the control group were treated by insulin, proper disease related knowledge is introduced for patients, health education, etc., to guide patients with medication in a timely manner. On the basis of the control group, the experiment group were treated by diet control joint exercise therapy. The levels of HbAlc, PFG, 2hPG were observed. Results The levels of HbAlc, PFG,2hPG for the experiment group were lower than before treatment and the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion It has high values of improve the effect of community diabetes clinical drug treatment by diet control joint exercise therapy, it can improve the levels of HbAlc, PFG, 2hPG.
