个性化护理在关节置换合并糖尿病患者围手术期中的应用

Personalized Nursing care in the Perioperative Use of Joint Replacement Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨个性化护理在关节置换合并糖尿病患者围手术期中的应用。方法选取该院于2014年2月—2015年2月收治的60例关节置换合并糖尿病患者为研究对象,将所选患者随机分为参照组与观察组,每组30例患者。参照组患者在围术期接受常规护理,观察组患者则接受个性化护理。结果观察组患者护理后血糖与护理满意度明显优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而两组患者护理前血糖无明显差异,P>0.05。结论在关节置换合并糖尿病患者围手术期护理中,个性化护理可以确保患者的血糖情况保持正常状态,并提高患者对于护理工作的满意度,值得大面积推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of individualized nursing in the perioperative use of joint replacement patients with diabetes. Methods 60 cases of joint replacement patients with diabetes in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were selected as study subjects. The selected patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 30 cases in each group. Patients in the reference group received routine nursing during the perioperative period, while the observation group received individualized nursing care. Results In the observation group, the blood glucose and nursing satisfaction were significantly better than the reference group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. No significant difference between the two groups of nursing before blood glucose, P〈0.05. Conclusion In joint replacement patients complicated with diabetes in peri operative nursing in, personalized nursing can ensure the normal state of the blood glucose in patients, and improve the patients＇ satisfaction to nursing work, worthy of popularization in large area.
