通过对金融精准扶贫的概念进行界定以及对国内典型地区金融精准扶贫研究进行概述,分析我省金融精准扶贫的现状,探讨适合吉林省的农村金融精准扶贫模式,并为吉林省的农村金融精准扶贫提出相应的政策建议,即要全面实施精准扶贫,就要为参与扶贫的金融机构提供充足的流动性;建立金融扶贫开发激励约束机制;加强财政政策和金融政策的有效衔接;着力解决农户融资担保难的问题;持续开展金融机构培训和农村地区金融知识宣传。

Through the concept of financial poverty alleviation precise definition and overview of precision typical region of China financial poverty studies, our province precise financial poverty status is designed, which is suitable for Jilin province rural financial precise mode of poverty alleviation, and corresponding policy recommendations of Jilin province rural financial accurate poverty alleviation, pointed out the need to comprehensively implement the precise poverty, is involved in poverty alleviation of the financial institutions to provide sufficient liquidity; the establishment of financial poverty alleviation and development incentive and restraint mechanisms; strengthen the effective linkage between the fiscal policy and monetary policy; efforts to solve the problem of peasant household financing; continue to carry out financial institutions training and rural areas financial knowledge propaganda.
