2009年新修订的《保险法》颁布以来,越来越多的保险公司为了长期发展选择不动产作为新的投资方式。然而,由于保险投资仍处于起步阶段,在实际操作中仍存在一些问题,如政策性风险、专业性人才不足、与不动产投资相关的技术落后等问题,并针对这些问题展开分析,给出相对应的建议。面对纷繁多变的投资模式,保险公司应以长远的目标考虑不动产投资,以期获得长久稳健的发展。

Since the new insurance law was enacted in 2009, more and more insurance companies choose real estate as a new way of investment from the long term development. However, because the insurance investment is still in its infancy, there are still some problems in the actual operation. insurance fund investment invest real estate have three outstanding problems, policy risk, lack of professional personnel,technical backwardness. In the face of numerous and varied investment patterns,the insurance company should consider the long-term goal of real estate investment, in order to obtain long-term stable development.
