基于AHP的科技型小微企业成长影响因素研究——以河南省六个领域小微企业调研为例

Research on the Influencing Factors of the Growth of Small and Micro Enterprises Based on AHP——A Case Study of Small and Micro Enterprises in Six Areas of Henan Province

在"大众创业、万众创新"背景下,科技型小微企业是最具活力的群体,其健康快速成长对推动社会创新创业有积极的作用。河南省科技型小微企业数量多、分布范围广、管理机制灵活,是孕育自主创新的沃土。独特的资源优势和政策优势使河南省科技型小微企业得到飞速发展。但是,随着经济发展环境的日趋复杂,科技型小微企业面临着越来越严峻的发展困境。河南省新型材料、环保节能、生物科技、电子电器、制药和通讯六个领域的科技型小微企业具有很强的代表性,利用AHP可以分析影响科技型小微企业成长的关键因素并针对性地提出促进科技型小微企业成长的对策。

In the＂mass entrepreneurship and innovation＂background,the most dynamic group is micro and small enterprises of science and technology,whose healthy and rapid growth has positive effect on promoting social innovation and entrepreneurship. The quantity of Henan province science and technology Small and micro businesses is big, and the distribution is wide, management mechanism is flexible, which are fertile for innovation.The unique advantages of resources and policy to make small and micro enterprises in Henan Province develop rapidly. However, with the complex economic development environment, science and technology small and micro enterprises are facing more and more severe development dilemma.Through the field research on new materials, environmental protection and energy saving, biological science and technology, electronic appliances, pharmacy and communications in Henan Province.By AHP analysis method,it could analyze the key factor affecting the growth of small and micro-sized enterprises and put forward the countermeasures to promote the development of micro and small enterprises of science and technology.
