摘要
以天山北坡经济带中的昌吉市为例,从资源保护性、生态支持性、经济可行性和社会可接受性四个方面选取20个指标构建评价体系,采用熵权物元模型评价了昌吉市2005-2014年土地可持续利用情况。结果表明:昌吉市土地可持续利用总体水平经历了下降—回升—上升的三个阶段,其中资源和生态的可持续性有所下降,而经济和社会的可持续性在上升,反映出生态资源保护和社会经济发展之间的矛盾。最后根据评价结果提出昌吉市土地可持续利用的对策建议。
In the Northern Slope Economic Zone in Changji city as an example, From the resources protection and ecological support, economic feasibility and social accept four selected 20 index evaluation system, using information entropy and matter element model to evaluate the Changji City 2005-2014 situation of sustainable land use. The result show that: Changji City land sustainable utilization of the overall level of experienced declining, recovery and rising three stages, which the sustainability of resources and ecological environment is declining, while economy and society is rising, reflecting the contradiction between ecological resources protection and social economic development. According to the evaluation results, the countermeasures and suggestions of sustainable land use in Changji city are put forward.
