健康信念模式对寻常型银屑病患者自我管理疾病能力的影响

Influences of health belief model on self-management ability in patients with psoriasis vulgaris

目的探讨健康信念模式在寻常型银屑病患者自我管理疾病能力的影响。方法将2012年10月-2013年10月人皮肤科的120例寻常型银屑病患者以入院病例号为编号，根据随机数字表法随机分成观察组与对照组，每组各60例。对照组实施常规护理以及相关皮肤病护理策略；观察组同时采取健康信念模式贯穿护理工作。比较护理前后两组患者自我管理疾病能力以及生活质量得分。结果观察组与对照组患者护理后自我管理行为均有所改善，评分分别为（87．6±0．3），（70．3±0．5）分，组问比较差异有统计学意义（t=6．854，P〈0．001）；观察组与对照组护理后生活质量得分均有所改善，评分分别为（28．6±0．3）分、（24．3±0．5）分，组问比较有统计学意义（t=4．643，P〈0．001）。结论健康信念模式可增加寻常型银屑病患者健康意识，提升自我管理和监督能力，从而改善整体生活质量。

Objective To explore the influences of health belief model on self-management ability in patients with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods A total of 120 patients with psoriasis vulgaris from October 2012 to October 2013 were randomly divided into observation group （60 cases, health belief model through nursing） and control group （60 cases, routine nursing and dermatology nursing care） by the random number table method according to medical record number. Scores of self-management ability and quality of life were compared before and after nursing in the two groups. Results Self-management behaviors of patients in the observation group and control group were improved after nursing. The score of self-management ability was （ 87. 6 ± 0. 3 ） for observation group and （70.3 ± 0.5 ） for control group. There were statistically significant differences between the two groups （ t = 6. 854 ,P 〈 0. 001 ）. Life quality of patients in the observation group and control group were both improved after nursing. The score of quality of life was （28.6 ±0.3） for the observation group and （24.3 ± 0.5） for the control group. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （t = 4. 643, P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusions Health belief model can increase the awareness of health in patients with psoriasis vulgaris and improve self-management ability and self-monitoring capacity, in order to improve overall quality of life.
