品管圈在提高手术室护士心理一致感中的应用效果

Application effects of quality control circle on improving sense of coherence in nurses of Operating Room

目的探讨品质管理圈对提高手术室护士心理一致感的作用。方法开展以“提高手术室护士心理一致感”为主题的品管圈活动，按照活动步骤，对现状进行调查，得出手术室护士心理一致感较低，且与年龄及工龄呈负相关，分析其原因、制订并落实相应对策，进行推广。结果实施品管圈活动后，手术室护士的心理一致感由（3．95±0．43）分升至（4．32±0．46）分，可理解感由（5．12±0．46）分升至（5．87±0．19）分，可控感南（3．26±0．55）分升至（4．28±0．61）分，意义感由（3．33±0．51）分升至（4．61±0．76）分，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论品管圈活动在提高手术室护士心理一致感中效果显著，有效提高了其心理承受和调节能力，调动了工作的积极性，提高了工作效率和质量，减少了差错事故的发生，同时提升了圈员的综合能力。

Objective To explore the effects of quality control circle on improving sense of coherence of nurses in Operating Room. Methods Quality control circle activities were carried out based on the theme of ＂improving sense of coherence in nurses of Operating Room＂. Current situation was investigated according to the activity steps with the result that sense of coherence in nurses of Operating Room was low and that was negative correlation with age and job seniority. Then, the activity steps followed with analyzing the reasons, formulating and carrying out appropriate strategies and promoting them. Results Scores of sense of coherence, comprehensibility, manageability and meaningfulness increased from （ 3.95 ± 0.43 ）, （ 5.12 ± 0.46 ） , （ 3.26 ± 0.55）, （3.33 ±0.51） to （4.32 ±0.46）, （5.87 ±0.19）, （4.28 ±0.61）, （4.61 ±0.76） with statistically significant differences （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Activities of quality control circle are significantly effective in improving sense of coherence in nurses of Operating Room. Activities of quality control circle can effectively improve nurses＇ psychological endurance and adjustment ability, mobilize work enthusiasm, improve work efficiency and quality, reduce the occurrence of error accidents and enhance comprehensive ability of team of quality control circle.
