心血管疾病患者空运后送的常见护理问题及对策

Normal problems and countermeasures of air evacuation nursing for patients with cardiovascular disease

心血管疾病已成为21世纪人类死亡的头号杀手。安全、快速、高效率的空运后送可以进一步提高心血管疾病患者的救治成功率，降低病死率。但由于空中运输环境的特殊性，会给飞行护士病情观察、技术操作等方面造成极大的困难与不便。现参考国内外相关资料，就飞行护士对心血管疾病患者空运后送过程中的常见护理问题及应对策略作一介绍。

Cardiovascular disease has been the biggest killer of human being in 21 century. A safe, high-speed and high-efficiency travel by plane can further improve the rescue success rate, and reduce death rate. However, because of the special travel environment by plane, it can result in infinite difficulties and inconvenience of flying nurses′ disease observation, technical operation, and so on. From national and international related data, this report would address the normal nursing problems and countermeasures of flying nurses taking care of cardiovascular patients during the process of air evacuation.
