在楚辞学史上,胡濬源是一位非常重要的楚辞学者。目前,学术界尚未对胡濬源《楚辞新注求确》的注疏方式和学术贡献作全面的专题论述。胡濬源在注疏楚辞时,并没有刻意追求字句训诂、名物考证,而是奉行以寻求"通节旨、脉络"为主的治学宗旨,采取了别具一格的楚辞注疏方式,即"求楚辞于注家""求楚辞于史传""求楚辞于本辞",分别从学术家的眼光、史学家的精神、文学家的意识,来对楚辞作品的创作时地、作者归属、文体属性、主旨大意、词句寓意、脉络章法等方面进行深入的探究,从而作出了较大的学术贡献。

In the history of Chu Ci,Hu Junyuan is one of the most important scholars. At present,the academic circles have not yet fully special topic on research methods and academic achievements about Hu Junyuan＇s Chu Ci New Note for the Correct. Hu Junyuan,in the notes and commentaries of Chu Ci,has no sedulous pursuit for explanations of words,naming and textual research,but observes scholarly purpose of basing on seeking through festival aims and context,and takes the unique Chu Ci research methods,namely ＂exploring Chu Ci from old explanations＂,＂exploring Chu Ci from historical biography＂,and ＂exploring Chu Ci from Chu Ci＂,respectively from the academic vision,the historian spirit,and the writer＇s consciousness,conducting the in-depth inquiry on the creation time-and-place,authorship attribution,style attributes,substance effect,implied meaning of words-and-sentences,and context composition of Chu Ci,which has made great academic achievements.
