摘要
中拐凸起石炭系储层裂缝发育,属于低孔、超低压渗透油藏,油气显示活跃,但固井界面胶结质量差,易发生水窜,严重影响了对油藏的认识。通过前期对固井质量影响因素分析,优化了井身结构,优选了斯伦贝谢弹性膨胀水泥FlexSTONE及斯伦贝谢GASBLOK*胶乳体系,分别针对常规水泥浆体系缺点、地层特征和后期射孔、压裂等施工要求,设计了膨胀率、水泥石机械性能、酸压条件下水泥石完整性、水泥浆防窜性能测试等实验,优化水泥浆性能,在达到实际运用要求后于JL-15、JL-102、JL-103、JL-16四口井现场试验应用。经CBL测试结果显示,平均优质段90%以上,其中油水同层、气水同层发育段固井质量优质。
With developed fractures, the Carboniferous strata in Zhongguai uplift belong to oil reservoirs featured by low porosity,and extra-low permeability and pressure. In addition, these reservoirs indicate active hydrocarbon show, but have poor interfacial cementation, and easily occur a water channeling, further seriously affecting our awareness. So, based on previous study of some factors impacting on cementing quality, we optimized casing program, optimally selected the FlexSTONE elastic and expanding slurry system and the GASBLOK latex system developed by Schlumberger; and then, we finished some tests about the integrity of cement paste and the anti-channeling performance of slurry under some conditions of expansion, mechanical property of slurry, and acid fracturing; at last, we optimized the slurry performance and carried out in- situ application to JL-15, JL-102, JL-103, and JL-16 wells. Results demonstrate that after the application of the FlexSTONE slurry system, the cementing has over 90% high quality segment, especially high quality occurring in one segment of oil-water layer or gas-water layer.
