摘要
为打破国外对LNG接收站海水泵关键技术的垄断,由我国自主研制的海水泵于2013年在唐山LNG接收站调试并投用。为此介绍了国产海水泵的结构形式、工作原理、冷却水系统和变频系统,对比了国内外海水泵的性能及设计参数,分析了国产海水泵在唐山接收站的应用情况。
In order to break monopolies of key technologies in seawater pumps manufactured by foreign companies, a self-developed seawater pump was tested and went into service in the Tangshan LNG Receiving Station in 2013. In this paper, the structural framework, working principle, and cooling water and variable frequency systems of this domestic seawater pump are presented; furthermore, for pumps developed by China and foreign companies,their property and design parameters are contrasted; finally, an application of the domestic ones to Tangshan station is analyzed.
