新常态下油气操作技能人才开发工作探讨——以中国石油西南油气田公司为例 被引量:3

摘要 新常态下,随着国内外形势的变化、油气企业生产经营战略的调整,一线操作技能员工职业技能开发工作也面临新的形势。为此,以中国石油西南油气田公司为例,阐述了新常态下油气企业操作技能人才开发管理工作的特点,分析了油气企业发展面临的形势和操作技能人员现状,针对性地提出了操作技能人才开发管理工作措施,包括:充分发挥技能专家工作室的领军作用;打造一支高质量的技师高级技师队伍;完善操作员工职业生涯通道;持续开展班组长实效培训;试点推行大工种、大岗位管理模式;探索操作员工补充接替的良性机制;积极搭建技能人才交流平台。 With the talents development situation at home and abroad undergoing changes and production and management strategy of oil and gas enterprises experiencing adjustment under the new normal state, the development of first-line skilled operation personnel is facing a new challenge. Taking the Petro China Southwest Oil& Gasfield Company as an example, the paper describes the characteristics of the development of skilled operation personnel in oil and gas enterprises under the new normal state, analyzes current situation of the development of oil and gas enterprises and current situation of skilled operation personnel and puts forward some measures for the development of skilled operation personnel. These measures include fully performing the leading role of the skilled experts' office, creating a technician and senior technician team of high quality, improving the career channel of operation personnel,conducting effective training by group leader and shift leader continuously, having pilot execution of the major-work and major-post management pattern, searching for a good mechanism for the supplement and substitutes of operation personnel and setting up a communication platform for skilled talents proactively.
