普外科教学门诊在全科住院医师规范化培训中的实践研究

Practical Study on Teaching in Out-Patients Clinic of Standardized Training of the General Practitioner Residency in General Surgery Department

目的探讨普外科教学门诊在全科住院医师规范化培训中的实践效果。方法 2008~2015年在首都医科大学良乡教学医院普外科进行规范化培训的全科住院医师32名,其中2008~2011年16名,为传统培训组,2012~2015年16名,教学门诊培训组。比较两组学员对教学效果的评价以及出科考核成绩。结果对教学效果的评价以及出科考核成绩比较,教学门诊组优于传统组。结论普外科教学门诊对全科医师规范化培训具有较好的效果。

Objective To explore the practical effects of teaching in outpatient clinic in general surgery department to the general practitioner residency. Methods 32 general practitioner residency trained in the general surgery department of Liangxiang teaching hospital, Capital Medical University from 2008 to 2015 were divided into two groups, the traditional training group includes 16 cases from year 2008 to 2011, the teaching in out-patient clinic group includes 16 cases from year 2012 to 2015. The training effects and examination results were compared between the two groups. Results As to the training effects and examination results, the teaching in out-patient clinic group was better than the traditional training group. Conclusion The teaching in out-patient clinic in general surgery department can get good teaching effect in the general practitioner residency training.
