在校医学生的就业价值观调查分析及对策研究

Investigation Analysis and Countermeasure Research of the Employment Values of Medical Students

目的了解在医学生价值观与就业意向,及时提供就业指导,帮助医学生顺利就业。方法自拟问卷对江苏省内在校医学生进行调查。结果对析因分析后6项因素进行多重比较显示对工作收益与工作环境的关注度高居于首位,工单位知名度成为最不为在校医学生关注的因素。结论在校医学生的就业价值观总体倾向于积极方面,注重个人发展、追求实现社会价值,但同时过分要求经济效益与工作环境。

Objective By investigating the values of medical students and employment intentions, to provide reference for the implementation of the policy of employment and employment and educational practice. Methods The medical students of Jiangsu Province were investigated by using a selfdesigned questionnaire. Results Evolution on due to the analysis of six factors of multiple comparisons showed that the medical student pay the most attention to income and work environment, and pay the least attention to reputation of work unit. Conclusion Employment values of medical students tend to a positive aspect. Medical students focus on personal development and people＇s value of society, but making extortionate demands upon the income and work environment.
