摘要
目的探讨儿科临床教学中应用PBL(以问题为基础的学习法)结合EBM(循证医学)教学法的价值。方法选取2015年1~12月在我院儿科实习的医学专业学生86名为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组43名,对照组采用传统教学方法,观察组采用PBL结合EBM教学法,观察两组教学效果及教学满意度。结果观察组学生对教学后各项能力提高的认可率同对照组比较,均较高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);观察组理论考核得分与临床技能考核得分同对照组比较,均较高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);观察组、对照组对教学的满意率分别为95.35%、79.07%,观察组较高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论在儿科临床教学中应用EBM结合PBL教学法,能有效提高教学质量,增强实习生临床实践能力。
Objective The study aimed to find out the value of using EBM and PBL in the teaching of pediatric clinical. Methods 86 medical students who were study in our hospital for clinical practice from January 2015 to December 2015, in accordance with the random number table, were dividied into the observation group and the control group, 43 in each group. The control group used traditional teaching method, the observation group used PBL joint EBM teaching method. Observed teaching effect and teaching satisfaction of two groups. Results The approval rating from the observation group were better than those from the control group, differences were statistical significance(P〈0.05). The theory test score and assessment aspects of clinical practice of observation group were better than those of the control group, differences were statistical significance(P〈0.05). The satisfaction rate of teaching from two groups was 95.35% and 79.07% respectively, this rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, differences were statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion Using EBM and PBL in the teaching of pediatric clinical is effective for raising teaching quality and improving practice ability for interns.
