风险评估及持续质量改进在精神分裂症患者护理中的应用

Application of Risk Assessment and Continuous Quality Improvement in Nursing of Patients With Schizophrenia

目的探讨风险评估及持续质量改进对精神分裂症患者护理管理的影响。方法选择改进前精神科住院的精神分裂症患者115例为对照组,改进后住院的精神分裂症患者123例为观察组,前者给予常规精神科护理,后者在常规护理基础上给予风险评估,并进行持续质量改进管理。结果改进后不良事件发生率低于改进前,护理满意度高于改进前,护理质量、护理记录书写及夜间查房质量高于改进前,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论风险评估及时预估患者风险,持续质量改进可以减少不良事件的发生率,降低精神科护理风险因素,提高护理满意度和护理管理质量。

Objective To explore the effect of risk assessment and continuous quality improvement in nursing management of patients with schizophrenia. Methods Before improvement,115 patients with schizophrenia who were hospitalized were enrolled as control group.After improvement,123 patients with schizophrenia who were hospitalized were enrolled as observation group.The former were given routine psychiatric nursing,and on the basis of routine psychiatric nursing,the latter were given risk assessment and continuous quality improvement. Results The incidence of adverse events after improvement was lower than before improvement;Nursing satisfaction, nursing quality, nursing record and night ward inspection in observation group were all better than those of control group, the difference had statistically significance P〈0.05. Conclusion Risk assessment can predict the risk in time, and continuous quality improvement can reduce the rate of adverse events, decrease the risk factors of psychiatric nursing, improve nursing satisfaction and quality of nursing management.
