摘要
目的评价度洛西汀和舍曲林治疗老年抑郁症的临床疗效及安全性。方法采用随机分组对照方法,将55例患者随机分为度洛西汀及舍曲林组并接受相应药物治疗8周。两组分别在治疗后第2、4、8周末,用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评估疗效,用治疗副反应量表(TESS),结合心电图、血生化及生命体征评估治疗的安全性。结果经过8周治疗,两组的有效率相当,不良反应发生率差异有统计学意义。结论度洛西汀对老年抑郁症的疗效与舍曲林相当,并且安全性更好。
Objective To evalue the efficacy and safety of duloxetine and sertraline in treatment of geriatric depression（GD）. Methods In this randomized double-blind trial. 55 GD patients were divided into duloxetine group and sertraline group for eight-week treatment. All patients were assessed for efficacy by HAMA and the safety by TESS together with ECG, blood chemistry and vital signs after 2, 4, 8 weeks treatments. Results After 8 weeks of treatment, both groups were quite efficient. The rate difference of adverse reactions was statistically significant. Conclusion Duloxetine and sertraline have similar effect for GD and duloxetine is more safe.
