混合式教学在成人教育中的应用研究

Research on the Application of Blended Teaching Method in Adult Education

成人教育的特殊性使得单一的传统教学方式或网络教学模式都无法较好地满足学习者的个性化学习需求。从成人教育的特点出发,分析混合式教学模式的优势,并设计混合式成人教育教学模式,同时提出应用策略。

Due to the particularity of adult education, the individualized learning requirements are difficult to be satisfied through traditional teaching methods or Web-based teaching modes. In this paper, the characteristics of adult education style and the advanta- ges of blended teaching mode are studied, then accordingly a new blended teaching mode for adult education is designed and some cor- responding application strategies are proposed.
