老年人社区教育培训潜在需求与对策研究——基于北京的实证研究

Potential Demands and Suggestions for Elderly Education and Training in Community——Based on the Empirical Study of Beijing

伴随着人口老龄化的进程,老年教育培训需求日益引起关注。基于此,以北京市老龄调查数据为基础,分析城乡老年人当期教育培训使用及潜在需求,以期在借鉴国内外经验基础上,对提升老年社区教育培训的覆盖面、整合资源、丰富课程设置、提升师资能力等方面提出相关对策。

With the process of aging population, the demands of elderly education and training cause great attention. Based on the data collected from Beijing, this paper analyzes the current and robust potential demands for elderly education and training. The result shows that the education and training courses of health management, cooking, as well as vocational skills are welcomed by the elderly. Thus, it is necessary to increase the coverage, enrich curricula, and improve the capacity of the community education and training to satisfy the potential demands of the elderly.
