继续教育“互联网+”视野下校企联合培养混合型人才模式探究

On the “College-Enterprise”Mixed Talents Training Model of Continuing Education under the Perspective of “Internet + ”

企业混合型人才是提升企业社会竞争的关键因素,高校继续教育是企业人才培养模式质量提升的主要方式。从企业员工的需求和网络信息技术发展的角度来审视和剖析,现有高校继续教育培养模式在整体性、主体性、连通性和可持续性等方面存在着显著的缺失。高校继续教育要以企业员工的需求出发,借力于"互联网+"思维,凸显"以人为本"的理念,构建校企联合培养混合型人才新模式。

The mixed talents are the key factors to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, and the continuing education in colleges is the main way to enhance the quality of personnel training. Through examining and analyzing from the perspective of employees＇ demand and the development of network information technology, there is a significant defect of the current continuing educa- tion training mode, in the aspects of integrity, subjectivity, connectivity and sustainability. The continuing education in colleges should be based on the employees needs, the ＂Internet ＋ ＂ thinking, and the ＂people-oriented＂ concept to construct the new mixed talents training mode.
