Pains and Transformations——On the Transactions of Grass Root Radio and TV Universities from the Perspective of Enrollment

随着国内远程教育的快速发展和内外部诸多因素的综合影响,电大的发展面临着严峻的考验,尤其是基层电大,正处于生源数量急剧下降、办学规模严重萎缩、社会地位边缘化的境地。基于此,从温州地区的市、县级电大的招生现状入手,探讨在开放大学建设的大背景下如何在招生的"阵痛"中实现"蜕变",借鉴温州城市大学创建的实践经验,以期探索一条基层电大转型发展的新途径。

With the rapid development of the domestic long-distance education and the external and internal influences, the de- velopment of Radio and TV Universities is facing a severe challenge. As an important member of Radio and TV University system, the grass root Radio and TV Universities are now facing decline of student numbers, school scales and social status. This article starts from the enrollment in Wenzhou city and nearby counties, with the background of Open Universities construction, elaborates on how to a- chieve ＂transformation＂ in the ＂pains＂ of enrollment, and actively explores the new ways of transformation and development of the grass root Radio and TV University based on the experiences of City University of Wenzhou.
