摘要
根据美国、英国、丹麦、日本、韩国开展老年教育的科研及实践经验,从政府、老年教育机构、老年人自身、社会四个角度总结其特点:法律机制保障、老年人主动参与、多元办学及师资专业化、教学内容多样化。借鉴其成功经验,并提出一些建议:通过构建制度与机制保障、倡导主动参与、鼓励多元化办学与师资队伍专业化、创新教育形式与内容,最终实现老年人与家庭、社区和社会的和谐发展。
According to the scientific research and practical experience of elderly education in United States, Britain, Denmark, Japan, South Korea, this paper concludes the characteristics from the four aspects of the government, aged education facilities, the aged and society. The characteristics includes: the legal and institutional guarantee; the active participation of the elderly, the diversi- fled educational institutions and professional teachers, and the diversified forms of teaching content. By learning the successful experi~ euees, this paper also puts forward several suggestions : building institutional guarantee systems, advocating active participation, en- couraging diversified education and specialized teaching staffs, innovating education contents and forms, in order to ultimately realize the harmonious development of the aged, the families, the communities and the society.
