On the Method of Author's Academic Influence Evaluation Based on Knowledge Association Network

摘要 [目的/意义]基于文献计量指标的传统评价方法由于忽视了科研活动的结构性特征,过度依赖于对外化指标的数理统计与排序,导致无法从科学知识的交流与创新过程来准确、全面评价作者的学术影响力。因此,需要从更深层次来探索新的作者学术影响力评价方法。[方法/过程]提出基于知识关联网络的作者学术影响力评价方法,并从评价内容、评价指标以及方法流程三个方面对其进行了阐述;最后,通过实验对该方法的应用效果进行了检验和讨论。[结果/结论]实验结果表明,该方法与基于文献计量指标的传统评价方法相比在评价角度、评价结果的解释能力等方面具有一定的优势,特别是能够对作者潜在学术影响力进行有效的测度。 [Purpose/Significance] The traditional evaluation methods based on the bibliometric indexes ignores the structural characteris-tics of scientific research activities, and are unduly dependent on the statistics and sorting of external indexes to investigate the author's aca-demic influence from the communication and innovation process of scientific knowledge. the refore, it is needed to explore a new author' s academic influence evaluation method from even deeper levels. [ Method/Process] This paper proposes a new evaluation method of au-thor's academic influence based on knowledge association networks, explains the evaluation contents, evaluation index and the flowchart of this method. Finally, the application effect of the method is tested and discussed by an experiment. [ Result/Conclusion] Experimental results show that the method has certain advantages in the evaluative perspective and the explanation capacity of evaluation results compared to the traditional methods, in particular, it can measure the author's potential academic influence more effectively.
