康复治疗对急性脑梗死患者神经功能恢复的磁共振扩散张量成像研究 被引量:6

摘要 根据临床研究及循证医学证据,康复治疗有利于急性脑梗死(ACI)患者神经功能恢复[1],但作用机制尚缺乏有力的临床证据。磁共振扩散张量成像(diffusion tensor imaging,DTI)是一种非侵入性检查,可以定量检测病灶内水分子的扩散运动,推断病灶的病理生理学改变[2]。我们对ACI患者给予正规的康复治疗,
