吸烟人群尼古丁依赖程度与吸烟行为方式的相关性研究 被引量：4

摘要 吸烟与多种疾病的发生有着密切的关系,目前认为吸烟是一种高复发性的成瘾性疾病,而尼古丁依赖是吸烟人群吸烟成瘾的主要原因,长期反复的尼古丁暴露使得脑内多巴胺系统发生一系列的改变,从而产生成瘾症状,这也是吸烟者戒烟的一个主要障碍。
