摘要
分析电气设备失效原因,需要对电气设备进行结构解剖。利用工业CT对机械设备内部结构无损分析的能力,可以避免电气设备解剖的困难。本文试了工业CT用于不同类型电气设备内部结构检测的效果,讨论了现有CT技术用于电气设备检测可行性。研究表明工业CT技术对于电气设备的无损分析和材质鉴别具有良好的效果,但受到现有X射线源能量限制,目前工业CT技术仅能用于小型电气设备检测。
In the failure analysis of electric device, it is necessary to disassemble the device for analyzing the reason of failure. The non-destructive analysis ability of Industry CT in mechanical device structure is useful in this situation to avoid the difficulty of disassemble electric device during failure analysis. In this paper, the inspection of different electric device industry CT had been carried out. The feasibility of applied industry CT technology in electric devices inspection was discussed. As a result, It is suggested that industry CT technology shows a good effectiveness in electric device non-destructive inspection and material identify. But limited by the energy level of X-ray accelerator, industry CT is just suitable for small dimension electric devices.
