战略投送能力建设应注重“三个强化”

“Three Reinforcings” in Building Strategic Projection Capacity of Our Army

通过分析中、外军队战略投送能力建设的特点规律,提出:建设配套化的投送基础设施、信息化的投送环境,强化战略投送基础设施配套建设;建立完善的投送信息网络、高效的投送指挥机构、快捷的投送协调机制、自动化的投送指挥系统,强化战略投送指挥控制能力建设;增编投送战斗单元,做好投送隐蔽伪装,加强投送信息防护,实施投送整体防卫,强化战略投送全维防护体系建设。

To improve the strategic projection capacity of our army,this paper,by analyzing the characteristics of Chinese and foreign armies in this respect,puts forward ＂Three Reinforcings＂： reinforcing the construction of the strategic projection infrastructure by building accommodated projection infrastructure and creating information-based projection environment; reinforcing the construction of strategic projection command and control capacity by establishing a perfect projection information network,an efficient projection command authority,a quick projection coordination mechanism and an automated projection command system; reinforcing the strategic projection all-dimensional defense system by increasing projection combat units,carrying out projection concealment and camouflage,strengthening projection information protection and implementing overall defense.
