摘要
为提高部队铁路输送效率,在深入分析影响部队铁路输送效率的因素基础上,从铁路建设贯彻国防要求、装载标准、输送训练、运行计划、编组计划5个方面,提出了相应的对策建议。
To improve the efficiency of military railway delivery in our country,this paper analyzes the factors that affect the delivery efficiency and suggests that in military railway delivery,the requirements of our national defense be followed,loading standard be unified,delivery training be enhanced,delivery plan be optimized and delivery grouping be adjusted.
