汽车驾驶员训练机构士官教员教学能力的培养

Improvement of Teachers' Teaching Ability for Noncommissioned Officers in Automobile Driver Training Institutions

为提高部队汽车驾驶员士官教员的教学能力,通过问卷调查,分析了部队汽车驾驶员训练机构士官教员教学能力的现状,指出了汽车驾驶员训练机构士官教员教学能力培养中存在的问题及原因,从资格制度、培养途径、训练成效、师资建设等方面提出了士官教员教学能力培养的对策。

In order to improve teacher＇s teaching ability for noncommissioned officers（ NCO） in automobile driver training institutions,this paper introduces the present status of their teaching ability on the base of a questionnaire. The problems existing in the training of the NCO teachers are pointed out and the corresponding causes are analyzed. Suggestions are made as to how to improve NCO teachers＇ teaching ability in terms of their qualification,training method,training effect and further improvement.
