摘要
本文通过热色液晶测温法对发动机实际结构中典型的"S"型榫头榫槽装配间隙的换热特性进行了试验研究。"S"型通道试验件为发动机间隙实际尺寸放大九倍后加工而成,试验测定了"S"型通道壁面上换热系数分布,换热系数与雷诺数的关系,并将所得换热特性与普通圆管通道的换热经验关系式进行了对比,进一步分析该种通道结构的换热机理。
This article mainly investigated the flow and heat transfer characteristics of "S" type assembly clearance under the actual structure of the engine by the thermochromics liquid crystal temperature measurement method. The testing models of "S" passage are scaled up nine times based on real size. The experimental results showed the distribution of heat transfer coefficient on the wall and the relationship between heat transfer coefficient and Reynolds number. Furthermore, the obtained heat transfer characteristics of "S" passage was compared with the exchange experience of common round pipe for further analyzing the transfer mechanism of this kind of channel structure.
