长江中游城市群城市发展质量系统协调性研究

The Coordination of Urban Development Quality System in Urban Agglomeration in the Middle Reaches of the Yangtze River

以长江中游城市群为例,归纳城市发展质量的内涵,将其整合为集经济、社会、生态空间发展质量三个子系统集成的综合系统,以2006—2013年长江中游城市群31个地级市城市发展质量数据为基础,采用熵值法、耦合协调发展模型、GM(1,N)动态协调发展模型,结合空间分析方法从系统内协调互促角度对其城市发展质量系统的协调性及其区域差异性进行分析。结果表明:长江中游城市群城市发展质量系统协调性整体水平呈下降态势,处于中度协调发展等级;生态空间发展质量子系统滞后于经济、社会发展质量子系统,是制约城市发展质量系统协调性的主要因素,科技创新是解决系统低协调性根本途径。系统协调水平在区域间存在较大的差异,在空间上分布较为分散,不存在空间相关性且与城市规模等级无明显的相关性。提出因地制宜,实施差异化的政策措施是提升长江中游城市群城市发展质量必要路径。

Improving the urban development quality is one of important ways to promote the city resources allocation efficiency in our country, urban quality system coordination is also one of the performance of urban sustainable development. Taking the Urban Agglomeration in the Middle Reaches of the Yangtze River as a case, build the system according to the connotation of the cities＇ development quality, by means of entropy method, model of coordinated development and dynamic model-GM（1, N）, combining with spatial analysis method based on 7 years data from 2006- 2013 to analysis the coordination from time, structure, and function of cities＇ development quality system and its diversity from the region perspective. The results show that the coordinated development of cities quality system in Urban Agglomeration in the Middle Reaches of the Yangtze River has increased year by year ,meantime it has been reached the moderate level of coordinated development. The subsystem of the quality of living space lags behind subsystem economic and social ＇ s quality and become the main restricted force to the coordinated development of cities＇ development quality. The level of coordinated development exists big diversity in region, the space distribution is more dispersed and there is no spatial correlation and correlation with the cities＇ scale. We should take the different ways to promote the system coordination level.
